In this economic recession, our businesses need money. We know that small business loans are available but do we really want to put our businesses in debt (if we don’t have to). What can we do? What about contests? There are plenty of small business contests that we can enter that we have a shot at winning. We never know until we try. I did a quick Google search and found numerous contests (already expired) that we could apply to. Timing is everything. Just like everything else we have to make time to search for these free sources of money. If we don’t, others will. Remember, we can always setup Google Alerts to notify us as the contests become available.
